This phenakite come to us from Kat Chay Mine, Momeik, Mogok, Sagaing District, Mandalay Division, Burma. A terminated phenakite crystals are positioned on smoky quartz matrix. Most crystals are complete and undamaged, but a few crystals are incomplete (smoky quartz).
