Italian sulphurs are by far the best in the world, and since traditional sulphur mining stopped many decades ago these crystallized specimens are becoming harder and harder to find. This one has several primary crystals measureing up to 4.0 cm. The aragonite matrix has a light coating of black bitumen which provides nice contrast between the yellow and the dark.
